Loyalty scheme

Points

Each order gets you one loyalty point - free downloads do not count towards loyalty points. The number of points currently accrued will be shown on your confirmation email. Points are only accrued on your email address relating to your account and cannot be combined with points collected from an alternative account, previous email address or Manual telephone orders.

Loyalty Discount

For every 5 points collected, you will receive a 10% discount code. To make it simple, your discount code is always your email address. The 10% discount code can be used on any future order. The discount is valid for 12 months. You can see how many loyalty points and discount codes you have accrued by logging in to your customer account. To redeem a 10% loyalty discount code you will need to enter the email address that has accrued the points in the discount code box in the Basket.

Terms

Points cannot be combined from different accounts. Discount vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be extended. Multiple discount codes can not be applied to the same order. Laughing Hens reserves the right to change the loyalty gift awarded at any time without notice.
