Knitted this shawl for a raffle prize for charity.
The wool was really lovely to work with, and though more expensive than wool I would normally buy, I did not need as much! I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful light airy loose spun 2ply lace. I will buy again. One thing to note is that it does form hideous unpickable felted lint knots. I spent hours and hours trying to salvage some clumps from a yarn vomit and ended up having to make multiple cuts.Pull from the outside not the centre if you use a winder to cake it.

yes this is an exquisite yarn, so fine, perfect for vintage baby shawl pattern from 1960s. Surprisingly strong and flexible for the intricate lace patterning - I'd recommend using bamboo pins for so many stitches and changing each row with decreases, drops and wfs.
