Undyed Fine Yak 4 Ply is a sumptuous blend of super soft, extra fine merino wool, silk and yak. The merino provides warmth and stretch to the yarn whereas the mulberry silk gives good tensile strength and a smooth luxurious sheen. The yak fibres adds a certain exotic interest to this yarn and a surprising softness similar to alpaca. A popular choice for those wanting a luxury non-superwash yarn.
